Best way to send short social video captions (SRT) for translation via the API?

Hi team, we review a lot of short vertical videos (mostly TikTok stories we save with TikViewer before they expire) and need their captions translated into 4-5 languages.

Each clip gives us a tiny SRT file, usually under 30 lines. A few questions:

Is it better to upload each SRT as its own project, or zip a batch into one project?
2. Does the API keep the SRT timestamps untouched, or should we strip them and re-add them after?
3. Is there a minimum word count per project that affects pricing for very short files?
